Dashboard overview: what you see first
When you log into Weego Pro, the main dashboard shows four key metrics at the top: total active riders, on-time rate, fleet utilization, and cost per rider. These numbers update in real time throughout the day. Below them, you will see a map view of all active vehicles and a timeline of today's trips.
Ridership trends: reading the graphs
The Ridership tab shows daily, weekly, and monthly trends. Look for patterns: are certain routes consistently under capacity? Are Monday mornings significantly higher than Fridays? These patterns tell you where to add capacity and where to consolidate. The occupancy heat map highlights routes where vehicles are running full versus half-empty.
Cost analysis: where your money goes
The Costs tab breaks down your transport spend into fuel, driver wages, vehicle maintenance, and platform fees. The cost-per-rider metric is your north star: it should decrease over time as routes become more efficient and ridership grows. Compare it across routes to identify which lines deliver the best value.
Exporting reports for stakeholders
Every view in the dashboard can be exported as a PDF or CSV. For monthly reporting to management, use the Executive Summary export which compiles the key metrics, trend charts, and cost breakdown into a single document. You can also schedule automatic email reports to be sent to stakeholders every Monday morning.
