Dear Weego Mobility Lab customers, we are pleased to present our MaaS (Mobility as a Service) application Weego.

At Weego Mobility Lab, we are dedicated to providing you with a smooth and efficient transport experience. To ensure you understand the terms and conditions of use of our application, we have created this comprehensive Terms of Use agreement.

To use the Weego application, you must first create an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You are authorized to use the Weego application only for personal and non-commercial purposes. The application may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overload, or affect Weego servers or the network connected to the servers.

You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Weego application, or to any other system or network connected to the application.

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through the use of the Weego application, in accordance with applicable payment terms.

Weego Mobility Lab reserves the right to modify its fees and charges at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to check payment terms regularly.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display through the Weego application. This includes, but is not limited to, comments, reviews, and ratings.

Weego Mobility Lab does not claim ownership of any user content and will not be held responsible for any user content. By submitting content, you grant Weego Mobility Lab a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and adapt that content.

The Weego application, as well as all trademarks, trade names, logos, images, graphics, texts, and computer code associated with it, are the exclusive property of Weego Mobility Lab or its licensors.

Weego Mobility Lab reserves the right to terminate your access to the Weego application in the event of a violation of this Terms of Use Agreement, without notice.

You may also choose to terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@weegolife.com.

Weego Mobility Lab cannot under any circumstances be held liable for damages, losses, or costs arising from the use or inability to use the Weego application.

This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
