We are looking for a partnerships manager to grow Weego's client base across corporate shuttles, school transport, and fleet management. You will identify, pitch, close, and manage relationships with companies, schools, and transport operators.
This is not a cold-calling sales role. You will work on strategic partnerships where the value proposition is clear and the sales cycle is consultative. You will need to understand each client's transport challenges deeply and propose tailored solutions using our product suite.
Ce que vous ferez
- Identify and qualify potential corporate and institutional partners
- Lead the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR, operations, school administrators)
- Work with product and operations to design custom deployment plans
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on partnership metrics
- Represent Weego at industry events and conferences
Ce que nous recherchons
- 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
- Experience selling to HR, operations, or facility management teams
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
- Comfortable with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Based in Casablanca or willing to relocate
Apprecie en plus
- Experience in transport, logistics, or mobility sector
- Existing network in Moroccan corporate or education sectors
- Experience with SaaS or platform sales
- Prior startup experience
